CUSTOMS OF CHINA DISCONTINUES PARTIAL COVID REPORTING FOR FOREIGN ARRIVALS, QUARANTINE IS STILL CONTINUED

 Custom officers of china announced that they have discontinued the demand for negative pre-departure report. Custom agency also announced they they have just stopped the demand for Covid 19 report at pre-departure but have still continued with quarantine upon arrival. This Rule has been passed on Friday after eliminating some reporting requirement for Visitors clearing custom.

China has certain strict Covid 19 regulations in the world which has been still continued even though they have discontinued Covid 19 report on departure, self-isolation for foreign travellers and also they have reduced quarantine period.

According to Chinese customs to make passengers entry more convenient they have removed the requirement for Covid 19 test report , vaccination dates.

Custom officials clarified that modification to the report guidelines that doesn’t mean loosening control over Covid 19 control.

As per the survey towards Embassy they stated that the travellers coming from outside china still needs to submit covid 19 report and Covid related information to embassy to receive Digital health credentials to board their Flight.

As per the report it states that due to spread of Covid 19 in China there is very limited flight for china and from china to other countries due this this hampers the travellers trip plan.
