The panel's report was sent in to the top court last month by R.V. Raveendran, a retired Supreme Court judge. The panel claimed that while testing the phone for malware, the government did not completely cooperate.

A bench led by Chief Justice N.V. Ramana and made up of Justices Surya Kant and Hima Kohli stated that the committee's findings about the government's lack of cooperation were accurate.
