UKRAINIAN DEFENCE STRATEGY: KIEV COULD CONQUER KHERSON BEFORE WINTER

 

In the southern region of Kherson, Ukrainian forces are presently launching a counteroffensive. Journalists are not allowed near the frontlines, thus there are no first-hand reports of the fighting.
